An Offering for These Times

I designed these cards to support us in these volatile and stressful times. Based in neuroscience, psychology, and coaching methods, they help us develop self-awareness of our conditioned responses to fear and uncertainty, and to gain deeper empathy and understanding of our colleague's responses. The archetypes help us find grounding and connection in what we are collectively navigating, to co-regulate, and to get to the work at hand.
